Events Calendar

Our Year 5/6 students involved in the interschool sports did well once again, this time in their competition against Inglewood.  The soccer and netball teams both won their games however, the rugby team were defeated.

This Friday, 24^th June, the teams will be travelling to play Norfolk School.  The bus will leave school at 11.35am.  It will drop off some children to Karo Park in Inglewood to play soccer and will continue the bus trip to Norfolk Primary to drop off the rest of children.  The bus will return to Karo Park and pick up the soccer children (after soccer game completion) and take them back to Norfolk Primary.

• Soccer at Karo starts at 12.00pm
• Norfolk games start at 12.30pm

All children to return will return to Mangorei School, leaving Norfolk Primary at 2.30pm.  Please remind children to bring: their uniforms;  Soccer: shin pads and trainers;  Rugby: mouth guards.   Warm clothes will be needed!

We will post on the school website if it is postponed or cancelled as soon as we receive the information.  As already mentioned, this decision lies with the host school and sometimes the call is made quite late so please keep watching the website up until the bus is due to leave.
